Alcohol Percent: 13%.
Ageing: french oak.
Production: 3,000 cases made.
Taste: The wine has an intense ruby red color with a perfume of spices together with wild berry notes and a soft elegant flavor with a very lengthy finish. The wine should be enjoyed with richer foods and cheeses.
Description: The grapes come from the family’s historic Pojega (Villa Rizzardi in Negrar) vineyard.

This wine is a Ripasso Superore. The Ripasso process is used to enhance the richness by mixing 100% of the wine with the Amarone Must after the fermentation.
