Description: Dolcetto is from the Barolo and Barbaresco zones Langhe (sub zone Alba) which are the most popular in Italy.
Dolcetto is known as the everyday wine of the Piemontese.
Sensory analysis: in color, ruby red tending at times to develop purplish foam; vinous, pleasant and characteristic odor; dry, appealingly bitterish flavor with moderate acidity, good body and fine balance.

Great with lighter foods, pastas and poultry dishes .
