Sensory analysis:
intense ruby red when young with a tendency to garnet after aging; vinous, intense, characteristic and delicate odor; dry, full-bodied, rather markedly acidic and slightly tannic flavor.
With adequate aging, the flavor becomes full and balanced.

Description:
The Barbera grape produces the greatest quantity of wine and it is the source of most everyday wines, attributable to its versatility in pairing with food and affordability.
The wine Barbera is produced in the hilly district of Alba in the province of Cuneo, as well as the provinces of Asti and Alessandria.
