Tasting Notes : The scent is intense, persistent and pleasant Reminders of ripening fruits, such as blackberry, raspberry, prune and a remote sensation of violet.
In the mouth it is full, dry, with the right softness and a good percentage of alcohol, the typical freshness of Barbera is clearly present, yet not too strong and it blends well with a pleasant and catchy flavor. Good body, balanced flavor and scent, pleasant to drinkFirm acidity suggests that it will develop well.
