Grape: 95% Riesling Renano + 5% Riesling Italico

Ageing: 4 months stainless steel.
Taste: Every drop of this late harvest Riesling is loaded with citrus fireworks and mineral verve, as fresh as if the grapes were just picked. Luscious mouthfuls of lemon ice, fresh cut green apples, delicate kumquats and dense waves of rich pears bathed in syrup. The finishing mineral notes, explain the splendid land from which it comes from. The acidity and roundness are flawlessly balanced into the finish with extraordinary delicacy and precision.
