Valpolicella Classico Superiore D.O.C.  "Il Ruffiano"

A great and prestigious Italian wine obtained from the best hillside land in the province of Verona.

Various red grapes are needed to make this wine, including Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, whose specialized cultivation production per hectare does not exceed 120 q.l.

Alcohol: 12.5% vol.

Color: this wine shows a brilliant ruby red color.

Taste:  Black fruit, liquorice. Rich, dense fruit, black cherry, nice lively acidity. Quite youthful, well made and harmonious.

Delicate and distinct fragrance of bitter almonds, dry, with a pleasantly bittersweet, velvety, and harmonious taste to the palate.

Suited to be aged a couple of years, especially during particular vintage years.

This superior wine is ideal with meals, especially white and red meats, roasted white meats, and poultry in general. Serve at room temperature.
