Thou Bianc
Chardonnay, Piedmont

Grapes:      100% Chardonnay grapes from two vineyards, one in the Langhe and one in Monferrato.
       
Vinification:     the grapes are fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Maturation takes place in the same tanks on the lees continues in the bottle for four months.
       
Alcohol:     12.5 % vol

Tasting Notes
Pale yellow in color with subtle green reflections. The aroma is fresh and fragrant, with hints of citrus, eucalyptus and mint. On the palate, it is medium bodied, with crisp acidity that balances the complex bouquet reminiscent of of bergamot, eucalyptus and spices.

Recommended with:     any good food suitable to white wine, Chinese and oriental cuisine.
